Cyanogen raises $80 million in fresh funding led by Premji Invest

Cyanogen, the popular ROM maker has just announced that it has been able to raise $80 million (more than INR 490 crores) and this round of funding involves names like Qualcomm, Twitter, Rupert Murdoch, Telefonica, to name a few. It also announced that it has received an amount of $110 million (more than INR 685 crores) in funding till date and this round of funding was led by Premji Invest, which is led by the Chairman of Wipro, Azim Premji.
It has been estimated that the company is now worth $700 million (more than INR 4361 crores).
